Meadow Drive Incident

Update:  Residents may resume their normal activities. There will continue be an increased police presence as investigators continue their investigation; however, there does not continue to be any threat to the public at this time. 

On November 17, 2019, at approximately 6:37 PM, Shelby County 911 received a third party call in reference to an altercation inside a residence in the 400 block of Meadow Drive (off Brookhighland Parkway) in the northern part of unincorporated Shelby County. Deputies responded to the area and are currently investigating the situation. There is an increased police presence in the area, and residents living in the area are encouraged to avoid the area or remain inside their residence at this time. Additional information will follow when it is available.
